John Barber is the West Midlands Volunteer of the English Setter Rescue Organisation, a UK registered charity (no. 293708) which aims to help English Setters in need. Throughout the country members work together to collect and look after dogs before attempting to find new homes for them. If a new home cannot be found the dog stays with one of the rescue members.

Harvey and Devon have both been rescued recently and successfully rehomed. Devon was handed over to the rescue and is now enjoying life in his new surroundings. Harvey's owner had died tragically and he was extremely traumatised when he came to us. His new owners have worked miracles with him.
